油循环率对电动汽车制冷系统冷量的影响

摘要:

为了研究油循环率对电动汽车制冷量的影响,进行了不同充油量制冷系统冷量测试试验,文章分析比较3 000 r/min和6 000 r/min测试制冷量数据。通过DateFit软件拟合含油制冷剂温度压力变化公式,用于计算局部油浓度ω1。比较含油制冷剂和不含油制冷剂质量流量,焓差和制冷量差异。结果表明:随着油循环率的提高,含油制冷剂与不含油制冷剂对比,蒸发侧焓差减小,制冷量减小。3 000 r/min,油循环率从1.62%上升到5.86%。含油制冷剂与制冷剂对比,蒸发侧焓差减小比例从5.2%到12.93%;制冷量减小比例从3.66%到7.50%。6 000 r/min,油循环率从4.50%上升到9.61%。含油制冷剂与制冷剂对比,蒸发侧焓差减小比例从11.66%到22.89%;制冷量减小比例从7.50%到14.69%。

Abstract:

In order to study the effect of oil circulation rate on the cooling capacity of electric vehicles, experiments were conducted to test the cooling capacity of different oil filled refrigeration systems. This paper analyzes and compares the cooling capacity data of 3 000 r/min and 6 000 r/min. Fit the temperature and pressure change formula of oil containing refrigerant using DateFit software to calculate the local oil concentration ω1. Compare the mass flow rate, enthalpy difference, and cooling capacity differences between oil containing and oil-free refrigerants. The results show that with the increase of oil circulation rate, compared with oil-free refrigerants, the enthalpy difference on the evaporation side decreases and the refrigeration capacity decreases. At 3 000 r/min, the oil circulation rate increased from 1.62% to 5.86%. Compared with refrigerants containing oil, the decrease in enthalpy difference on the evaporation side increased from 5.2% to 12.93%; The reduction ratio of cooling capacity has increased from 3.66% to 7.50%. At 6000 r/min, the oil circulation rate increased from 4.50% to 9.61%. Compared with refrigerants containing oil, the decrease in enthalpy difference on the evaporation side ranges from 11.66% to 22.89%; The reduction ratio of cooling capacity has increased from 7.50% to 14.69%.
